Rebecca Hopkins is a writer, explorer, and listener. She spent 14 years trying to grow roots in the Indonesian jungle while her husband took to the skies as a missionary pilot with Mission Aviation Fellowship. Five years ago, they unexpectedly left Indonesia while in the midst of trying to report several concerns to their leaders. She now works as a freelance journalist. She does investigative pieces for The Roys Report and news articles for Christianity Today. She also offers guidance for whistleblowers in her Substack newsletter, The Whistleblower’s Guide. Most of all, she loves watching others finding their voices as she’s trying to find her own.
